These terms cover both using thatbuzz.co.uk and working with That Buzz (run by Salman Chaudry, based in Hull, England) as a client. If anything here doesn't make sense, just ask — hello@thatbuzz.co.uk.

Using this website

The content on this site — text, design and branding — belongs to That Buzz unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to look around and get in touch, but please don't copy or reuse the content without asking first.

Working with us

Before any paid work starts, you'll get a plan in writing covering scope, price and timings — nothing is charged before you've agreed to it. Our monthly plans have no long contract: you can pause or cancel any month by letting us know.

Ad spend

Where a plan includes running ads on your behalf, any ad spend is billed separately at cost, with no mark-up from us.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to get you real, measurable improvement, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, sales or follower numbers — nobody honestly can. What we do guarantee is the process: weekly updates, everything agreed upfront, and your say-so before anything goes live.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, beyond what's required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
